Reports & Documentation

All reports, letters, and documentation: $195 per hour

 

Travel

Northern Beaches & North Shore (Sydney): No travel Outside these areas: Travel fees may apply (discussed on a case-by-case basis)

 

Additional Information

• Medicare rebates may be available with a valid GP referral (Chronic Condition Management Plan)
