
Refund Policy
At BE Speech Pathology, we are committed to providing high-quality, professional services. Our refund policy is in line with Australian Consumer Law and aims to be fair and transparent.
Service Fees & Cancellations
Payment is required for all appointments. If you cancel or reschedule with the required notice period (as outlined in our Cancellation Policy), no fee will be charged. Late cancellations and non-attendance may incur the full session fee and are not eligible for a refund.
Overpayments & Administrative Errors
If you have been charged incorrectly or have made an overpayment, a refund will be issued promptly to your original payment method.
Medicare, NDIS & Third-Party Funding
For services funded through Medicare (EPC/Chronic Disease Management plans), NDIS (self-managed), or DVA, rebates are processed in accordance with the relevant funding body’s guidelines. Any refundable amount will be returned once funds are received and reconciled.
Consumer Guarantees
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or remedy if services are not provided with due care and skill, are not fit for purpose, or are not delivered as agreed.
