BE Speech Pathology provides speech pathology services to children, adolescents, adults, and older adults, including face-to-face services across Sydney’s North Shore and Northern Beaches, and telehealth services Australia-wide.
By accessing our website or booking services with BE Speech Pathology, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
2. Appointments & Bookings
Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or by email. By booking an appointment, you agree to attend at the scheduled time or provide the required notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
3. Fees & Payment
Payment is required for all services. Fees are outlined on our website or provided at the time of booking. We accept private payment and eligible third-party funding including Medicare EPC, DVA, and self-managed NDIS.
4. Cancellations & Non-Attendance
Cancellations and changes to appointments must be made in accordance with our Cancellation Policy. Late cancellations and non-attendance may incur the full session fee.
5. Refunds
Refunds are provided in line with our Refund Policy and Australian Consumer Law.
6. Telehealth Services
Telehealth sessions are delivered via secure video platforms. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have suitable internet access, privacy, and a safe environment during sessions.
7. Privacy & Confidentiality
BE Speech Pathology complies with the Australian Privacy Principles. Personal and health information is collected, stored, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and relevant legislation.
8. Scope of Practice
Services are provided by qualified, registered Speech Pathologists and are evidence-based, person-centred, and aligned with Speech Pathology Australia standards.
Speech pathology services do not replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. Referrals to other health professionals may be recommended when appropriate.
